To ensure your Christmas presents from GreenGate arrive before Christmas, we recommend that you order them in good time - so everyone can enjoy this cozy time.
EXTENDED RETURN
All orders purchased on our website after 25th November can be exchanged until Friday 21th January 2022.
ORDERS IN DENMARK
If you live in Denmark, you must place your order before Tuesday 21st December at 12.00, in order to be sure to receive it before Christmas Eve.
ORDERS OUTSIDE DENMARK
If you live within Europe, you must place your order Friday 17th December at 12.00 to be sure to have the presents before Christmas Eve.
The above dates are indicative and are not a guarantee unless otherwise stated. Be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as corona restrictions, strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our network, etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions, so in special circumstances it may happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the due date.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY
You can still shop online throughout the Christmas holidays, but orders placed within the period December 23rd and January 2nd, 2022, will first be processed and shipped Monday, January 3rd, 2022.
