This document determines the conditions, that regulate the use of this website www.greengatehome.com as well as the purchase of products.

GreenGate’s terms and conditions can be updated regularly and therefore we will ask you to approve our terms and conditions every time you shop on the website. You will not be notified about these changes. It is your responsibility to read them regularly.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
Purchases can only be made through the website. We do not receive orders sent via emails, letters or fax. The website www.greengatehome.com is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and you can always place an order. It may occur that we close the webshop temporarily for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the webshop is open and accessible.
You must be 18 years old to shop at www.greengatehome.com, and own a valid credit card. If you are under the age of 18, you can only shop with us if you have your parent or guardian’s permission or otherwise have a legal right to make the purchase.
We can only complete your order if the delivery address is a valid private or company address. We reserve the right to cancel an order in one of the following situations without being held responsible for compensation or other costs:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
- Your order has been placed with the intention of fraud or other illegal activity
- There is an unintentional error on the website for example a payment error.
- The item is sold out

Pick the items you want and add them to your “shopping cart”. You can always edit the contents of your shopping cart and check the prices of each item.
When you are ready to place your order, click on the shopping cart icon and then ”Go to checkout”.
Here you insert your contact information and then you continue to ”Go to Delivery options”. Pick the delivery option you prefer and continue to ”Go to payment method”. You will then be redirected to a secure payment site, where you insert your credit card information.
You can cancel your order at any time until you confirm your payment information by clicking “Complete payment”. After this you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under the section ”Right of withdrawal/Returns and exchanges”
The payment will not be drawn from your account until the order leaves our warehouse.
ACTIONS AGAINST FRAUD AND SCAMS
We do verification checks to protect you and our other customers against online scams, and to keep a high level of online purchase security. This can include the data you send when you order on the website including address and payment details.

The amount will be withdrawn from your account when your order leaves the warehouse. We pay the credit card fees on all online orders.
All the listed prices on the webshop for goods, deliveries etc. are including taxes, fees and VAT. Delivery costs may vary for every order. The delivery fee will be visible on a seperate line in your shopping cart and invoice as part of your total payment amount.

DELIVERY AND PRICES
We offer free shipping on all orders above €60 in Denmark with PostNord. For orders under €60 the shipping costs are the following:
Parcel shop €3,95 – You choose a pickup location near you
Business address €3,95 – The package is delivered to your workplace
Private delivery €3,95 – The package is delivered to your home address
We offer worldwide shipping. Our shipping costs for international shipping are divided according to location and delivery method. We offer deliveries with Private Parcel Service, UPS and DHL. There will be a small shipping fee ranging from €3,95 to €15,96 for all standard deliveries. Express deliveries are also available.
The exact freight price is calculated at checkout when you pick the country of delivery. If your country is not on the list, please contact our customer service department to hear about delivery options and prices.
Orders received before 1 pm are packed on the same day. Orders will be delivered to the noted delivery address. We offer delivery to private and company addresses as well as different pickup locations. Your order will typically we delivered during week days from Monday-Friday. The delivery time in Denmark is normally 1-2 working days, while Scandinavian countries and the rest of Europe are between 2-4 working days. All our shipments are insured with track and trace numbers. When an order is ready for shipment, an automatic email with the track and trace link will be sent.
If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to split the deliveries, for example if an item is out of stock. You will be informed if your order will have separate deliveries. You will not be charged extra for this.
When you shop online at www.greengatehome.com, you have 14 days after receiving the item to inform us in an unequivocal statement that you regret the purchase and wish to return the Item. You may use the enclosed return form. Please also enclose proof of purchase for example your order confirmation or Invoice. If you have used a discount code, we will make sure your discount Is transferred to your next purchase. Please just contact our customer service department.
If the deadline falls on a bank holiday, weekend etc. the deadline will be extended to the next weekday. If you have received several deliveries, we count the time from the last received Item.
It Is the customer's responsibility to securely package the items. You have the responsibility of the products until they are back In our possession, so please keep your receipt and tracking number from the post office. Please return all items in the same condition as upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse an Item If the packaging Is broken or If It cannot be resold. All original packaging, price tags etc. should be returned with the product without being tampered with.
When returning an item you are welcome to use the enclosed return label, so you are certain that the package Is insured. You are welcome to use other delivery methods, however, we recommend that the package can be traced. When you use our return label within Denmark, we will deduct 39 DKK from your refund. Please see below prices for countries outside Denmark. If your return package weighs above 10 kg, the return price Increases for every +1 kg. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery)
When we have received and processed your return, the refund will be returned to the card you used at the time of purchase. It can take up to 14 working days before they will appear on your account.
Be aware that the waiting time depends on your bank. Typically, the amount will appear on your account within 10 working days. If you use MasterCard or Visa Debit it can take up to 30 working days before the bank releases the amount. Please contact our customer service department if it takes any longer than that.
If the product is damaged or cannot be resold, we can refuse the right to give you a full/partial refund. For example:
- You have used the item
- The item has been damaged while in your possession
- The item has been used more than what is necessary to examine the product and its abilities
- The packaging is damaged
- You have not met the stated requirements of the right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 24 months warranty right according to Danish law. It is required, that the claim is justified, and not because of faulty use of the product or other harmful use.

Above data will be saved along with information of the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the particular financial year. After this the data will be deleted.
