When you shop online at www.greengatehome.com, you have the right to return an item within 14 days after receiving it.

When returning an item you are welcome to use the enclosed return label, so you are certain that the package Is insured. You are welcome to use other delivery methods, however, we recommend that the package can be traced. When you use our return label within Denmark, we will deduct €5,25 from your refund.

For returns within Europe, the return cost is €9,5 if you choose to use our label. If your return package weighs above 10 kg, the return cost increases for every +1 kg. Please contact our customer service department for more information.

Please contact our customer service if you wish to use our return label for outside Europe orders.

Be aware that returns are paid by the customer.

Please return the item in the same condition as it was when received. We reserve the right to reduce/refuse the refund if the item has been clearly used more than necessary to examine the product and its abilities.

• Please enclose your receipt and the filled-out return form. You can reuse the packaging that the items were delivered in.
• Attach the enclosed return label on the package.
• Drop off the package at the carrier, that originally delivered it to you.
• Remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking/package number - this is your insurance, if the package goes missing during transportation.

PLEASE NOTE: We take no responsibility for the return package before it is back in our possession.  

When we have received and processed your return, the refund will be returned to the card you used at the time of purchase. It can take up to 14 working days before they will appear on your account.

Be aware that the waiting time depends on your bank. Typically, the amount will appear on your account within 10 working days. If you use MasterCard or Visa Debit it can take up to 30 working days before the bank releases the amount. Please contact our customer service department if it takes any longer than that.

If you wish to exchange an item to another colour or size, just order it here on the website and it will be shipped as soon as possible. When we receive the returned Item, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
