I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Please check if your order confirmation is in your spam folder. Or perhaps you have entered the wrong email address. Please contact our customer service department, so we can confirm your purchase.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Did you forget to order something or want to change your order? We are not able to make changes or add to existing orders including changing colours or sizes. We can cancel your order if it has not already been packed, and then you can place a new order with the items you need.
Likewise, we cannot merge two orders together. We strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible, so we start packing your order as soon as it is received. So if you have made two orders, they will be sent from our warehouse separately.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
If an order is confirmed before 3pm, we strive to send it the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next weekday. We do not pack during the weekend.
WHEN CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is packed. This link will be activated, when the carrier has picked up and scanned your package, so sometimes there will be a little delay from the time you get the email to the link being active. In case you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service department, so we can update you on your delivery status.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER??
We often send orders the same day as they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before shipment. If you regret your purchase, please contact our customer service department as quickly as possible.
If we are not able to cancel your order in time, you can refuse to receive the package or choose not to pick it up. Then the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you will get a full refund including all freight costs as soon as the order has been processed. This can take up to 10 working days, sometimes longer during busy periods.
