SMOOTHIE-BOWL

 

There is no better way to start your day than with a delicious breakfast. Smoothie bowls not only taste great, they are also healthy, nutritious and aesthetically pleasing.

Like a sorbet made from fruit and yogurt or milk – it’s the perfect way to cool down before a warm day. Blending creates a cream that can be decorated with fresh fruit, nuts, grains, or muesli as you like.

Ingredients

100 ml milk of your choice

1 banana (frozen)

200 g mixed frozen berries (e.g. blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 tsp. peanut butter

Mixed berries for the topping

2 tbsp granola for the topping

 

Preparation

First put the milk, then the banana with the frozen berries and then the peanut butter with cinnamon and the chia seeds in the blender and blend on high speed (or in the smoothie program) to a creamy, very thick smoothie. Pour into a bowl.

Spread the toppings over the smoothie bowl and enjoy immediately so it doesn't melt.
