After careful consideration, we have decided to close our webshop and instead focus fully on our core strengths: creating beautiful designs, inspiring moments worth sharing, and continuing to support and grow the GreenGate community together with our valued retailers worldwide.

Our webshop will officially close on 30 June.

While the webshop is closing, the GreenGate journey continues. We remain dedicated to creating collections that bring warmth, personality, and everyday joy into the home, while strengthening our collaboration with the many retailers who represent GreenGate globally.

We would like to sincerely thank all of you who have supported GreenGate through the years. Your loyalty and love for our collections have meant so much to us.

If you have any outstanding gift cards, returns, or questions regarding previous orders, we kindly ask you to contact us before the webshop closes, so we can assist you in the best possible way.

Orders can be placed until 30 June. After this date, the webshop will officially close.

Can I still place orders before the webshop closes?

Yes — the webshop will remain open until 30 June, while stock lasts.

What happens to my gift card?

We strongly recommend using your gift card before 30 June.

If you are unable to redeem your gift card or remaining balance before then, please contact our support team at online@greengatehome.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

What happens to my existing order?

All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped as normal.

Will shipping and customer service continue during the transition?

Yes — shipping and customer service will continue during the transition period.
