HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer worldwide shipping*. Our shipping costs for international shipping are divided according to location and delivery method.
The exact freight price is calculated at checkout when you pick the country of delivery. If your country is not on the list, please contact our customer service department to hear about delivery options and prices.

Delivery to parcel shops:*
We offer free shipping on all orders over 299 kr. with GLS and PostNord to Danish parcel shops. For orders under 299 DKK, the price is 29 DKK.
Delivery to businesses:
For orders with delivery to business we offer free shipping over 499 kr.
For orders under 499 DKK, the shipping price to business is 29 DKK.
Delivery to private address:
For orders with delivery to private address we offer free shipping over 499 kr.
For orders under 499 DKK, the shipping price to private address is 39 DKK.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME??
Orders received before 1 pm are packed on the same day.

When your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will automatically receive a receipt by email with a Track & Trace number, so you can keep track on your package. Please be aware that your order might be sent in several shipments depending on its size.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
On some occasions, it can happen that we accidentally forget an item from your order. If this happens, please contact our customer service department.
Please have your order number and preferably item number for the missing product.
You can choose to have the item sent separately or get your money back for the missing item.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM / A DEFECTIVE ITEM
At GreenGate we strive to provide the best service. However, on some occasions, it can happen that we accidentally pack the wrong item or that one of the items are damaged during transport. If this happens, please contact our customer service department.
If you have received the wrong item, please return the item using the enclosed return label. You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any delivery costs, and our warehouse will make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
When you contact our customer service department, please have the order number ready, as well as the product code for the received item and attach a picture if possible. If you have received an item, you have not ordered, GreenGate will pay the return cost.
